March has been non-stop with our second edition of Mukta and some amazing educational initiatives, giving our student community the chance to introspect, question, learn and take their skills to the next level! An incredible weekend of "Finding synergy with dance" under the guidance of Sri Shijith Nambiar and Smt Parvathy Menon! From the powerful composition to the intricate details, it was an immersive experience that left us wanting more. We had an incredible time at our Mukta Showcase last weekend! Each participant brought their unique vision and heart to their presentations, leaving us completely in awe. We’re grateful for every artist who shared their work with us and made this event a wonderful opportunity for us to engage with their art. Join us as we welcome the talented Medha Hari to our Humans of the Art Series! Experience an enchanting evening of Bharatanatyam through dance and dialogue in the form of an intimate Baithak performance. We’re eagerly anticipating the arrival of Sri Shijith Nambiar and Smt Parvathy Menon next weekend, as they share their incredible artistry with us. Join us for an unforgettable experience and immerse yourself in the mesmerizing beauty of “shrngAra lahari,” a haunting composition in Neelambari ragam. Translated as “waves of loveliness,” this piece has the power to evoke similarly enchanting emotions in the audience. We can’t wait to witness Shijith and Parvathy bring it to life through their performance. Upon completion of the workshop, participants will receive both an audio and video recording for future reference. We're very pleased to present Mukta - A work in progress showcase this Saturday!  APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN ✨ Prayukti Arts is delighted to usher in the spring season with two exhilarating Bharatanatyam workshops. We are privileged to have some exceptional artists from India who will conduct workshops that have been thoughtfully curated to benefit and provide valuable takeaways for the Bay Area dance community. Hopping into the weekend!
